Product came including all accessories as specified in the advertisment and it works. BUT: I purchased this module because I was disappointed by the module of another vendor and was looking for a module with a REAL output power of 15W. The present adverisment says 'Actual power 15W' and 'Optical power output 15W'. Furthermore, supply voltage is specified with 12V and supply current with 4.2A. This would result in a power consumption of 50W and seems plausible for a module with an output power of 15W (efficiency 30%). HOWEVER WHAT THEY STATE IS NOT TRUE. The actual power consumption is 22W (1.8A at 12V) which means that the output power is roughly half of what they say. I opened a dispute and seller confirmed that supply current is 1.8-1.A (not 4.2A as indicated). So the information in the advertisment is definitely wrong and misleading. Other vendors are honest and state that the output power is 15W peak / 8W average. Whereas this seller prefers to FOOL CUSTOMERS.
